Terms and refunds

These terms apply to Covered Saturday purchases. A buyer is also subject to the checkout provider's applicable terms and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Seller and product

Covered Saturday is a digital product offered by Infinite Concept Universe Brands. It includes the files and license described on the product page at the time of purchase. The buyer should review the product description, software requirements, license, and refund policy before checkout.

Product boundary

Covered Saturday is an operational planning aid. It is not legal, tax, medical, employment, insurance, or information-security advice. It does not modify a client contract, create authority for another person, promise substitute availability, or guarantee business continuity.

Price and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Any applicable tax and the final amount due will be shown at checkout. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the total before completing the purchase.

Digital delivery

After successful checkout, Payhip provides access to the versioned ZIP package and sends a receipt with a download-page link. The package includes a manifest and file hashes. The checkout, receipt, required policy agreement, and customer download path passed controlled verification on September 13, 2026.

License

The purchase includes a personal and single-studio license. The buyer may use and adapt the files for one individual photography business or one studio under common ownership. The files may not be resold, sublicensed, published, redistributed, shared outside the licensed business, or uploaded to a template marketplace.

Privacy and responsible use

The buyer is responsible for using booking IDs and secure-location references instead of placing passwords, full client contracts, private gallery links, medical information, or other sensitive records in the kit. Credentials belong in an appropriate password manager or identity system with separately managed emergency access.

Refund policy

Except where law requires otherwise, purchases are generally final after digital download access is provided. If the files are inaccessible, incomplete, corrupted, duplicated in billing, or materially different from the product description, contact support within 14 days of purchase with the order email or order identifier.

We will review the issue and may provide a new download, replacement, repair, billing correction, or refund where appropriate. A change of mind or incompatibility with requirements clearly disclosed before purchase generally does not qualify for a refund, except where required by law. This policy does not limit statutory or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Compatibility and responsibility

A current PDF reader and Microsoft Word and Excel, or compatible applications, are required to use all included formats. The buyer is responsible for suitable devices, software, backups, access controls, current business records, and business-specific professional advice.

Updates and availability

The purchase covers the version described at checkout. Future versions, services, consultations, or ongoing updates are not included unless expressly stated. We may correct errors or update the product description and these terms before future purchases.
