Information collected on this site

The free scorecard can be downloaded without providing an email address. Ordinary server logs may record technical request data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser.

Analytics choice

The site asks before loading Google Analytics. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded. If you accept, page views and product-interaction events may be processed to understand which pages and resources are useful. Advertising signals and ad-personalization features are disabled.

Checkout and digital delivery

Payhip provides checkout, receipts, and digital delivery, and Stripe processes card payments. These providers may process email, transaction, device, location-related tax or fraud signals, and other information required to complete and protect the purchase under their own terms and privacy notices.

Infinite Concept Universe Brands receives the order details Payhip makes available for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We do not receive full card numbers.

Order email and marketing

Payhip sends transactional messages such as the purchase receipt and download link. The email supplied for a purchase will not be added to an ICU marketing list unless a separate marketing choice and required disclosures are provided. No marketing-email integration is currently enabled.

Support messages

If you contact support, we will receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer the request, maintain records, prevent abuse, and resolve delivery or payment issues. Do not send client files, passwords, full payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information.

Retention and choices

Order and support records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, security, disputes, and legal obligations, subject to provider controls. You may contact us to ask about the information we hold and the choices available to you. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Service providers

Current providers include the site host, Google Analytics when you consent, Payhip for checkout and delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and email infrastructure used for support and transactional receipts. Their handling of information is also governed by their own notices.

Policy changes

Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its date. Changes will not retroactively expand marketing use of a purchase email without an appropriate legal basis or choice.
